Finland is the HOD of education system. Stage 3 is the graduation level,and upto the graduation level,the country with best DI would be responsible, countries interconnected and education at online/mosque level,with interactive robots, holographic presentations and VR, according to the guidelines mentioned in the system.

For graduation and above levels, different MUs would be contributing to different subjects/departments ,all interconnected to present as a single global university,by the will of God.
