Constitution

It would be the "Divine book's" rulings of the majority countries in Ajrs supranationalism.

Supreme being ruling and to be followed would be that religion's Great and Supreme entity and only His legalities would be imposed in workplaces, institutes and everywhere.

Regarding the members, anyone from those mentioned below, could challenge anyone in ASC if he finds the other self doing something unlawful.

Note:The countries suffered most would be granted most rights,not equal.
Sprituality, religion and empathy would be prioritized over Professionalism,materialism and being indifferent.

The Invigilator/IN

Person invigilating the Mega Sponsors of all countries/Mega Units and the Constitutional matters specially SGC.He would be having The Team and the Panel of his own.He should be an adult preferably having no bank balance of his own except if he is the MS or SEU of some place.Panel,Team and the financial core would be financially supporting the IN regarding the supranational matters.Anyone demanding the position would never be granted ,strictly.The successor would be chosen by him to lead next seven years and the team and panel would not be having any objections.The IN should be related to any humanitarian field ,doctor nurse vet etc or management related field and should be a educated person, reasonable enough to carry out the responsibility.

The Team

20 persons Helping IN for world peace, economics and military activities.

They would be assigned 5 countries each and they would be in direct contact with the MS of their countries.

The panel

Panel would be consisting of highly trained professionals or professional institutes/companies/corporates etc .Their number would be according to the needs of that time.Personal panel of IN.The countries of the companies or institutes in this category would be the HODs,managing budget given to them towards different mega bunches.

Wings: Departments always together with Invigilator and the team :Robotics, Atomic energy and ANU,Law and order, Intelligence, Military and arms,AFS,Healthcare System, Architecture, Petroleum and Precious stones/Metals

Mega Sponsor /MS1 and MS2

Sponsoring the countries at international level.Circulation of unit cards,joint ventures, different projects and aiming towards the betterment of their developmental index.Making sure that the countries are united well in their diamond block.All the activities by G institutes,to be presented at lcd events or rotations or sharing of departments,at global level.Collaborative plans and projects with other countries.Funding the statups and reinvestments, transactions at local and international level from Noor stations and samaaz at international level.

Each MS would be having a team of his own comprising of highly trained and well qualified professionals and each MS would be managing the division of 100+ ajrs departments.

Special consideration to Medical,Food, Entertainment, Entrepreneurship, Rehabilitation, Orphanage,AR,VR and education departments

Sponsor of eco unit

Managing activities area wise 1-2 km sq or city wise.

The Team and Invigilator would continue for 7-10 years.

MS 1 and 2,and SEU would continue for 6 months.

HODs

Carrying out the activities of respective departments making sure that the smartest technologies are programmed and in use according to the developmental index and the grouping of mega bunches. These would be the countries with highest degree of strength in that area/department.They can be included in the panel or not.They would be collaborating with those countries in the bunches who have the best DI or who are the most developed country , having the responsibility of poorly developed countries of the bunch

Founders

Five Founding countries.

PCA

Ten countries (according to EI sequence) for six months.The MS 2 of the time would be the representative.They would be serving for international developmental projects, peace and friendliness among the continents and working in collaboration with AMU for counter terrorism activities and against mafias everywhere.IN would be the invigilator of their activities and would be having all rights to stop or alter any activity at any time.

AMG

Ahmads Medical Ground taking care of all of the departments distributed among the countries, surgical rotations, development of new MTZ cabins or halls, Pharmaceutical units, Biomedical Engineering,Stem cell technology, Genetic Engineering and Nuclear Medicine.Enviornmental policies would also be included and implemented by the system.

AMU

Ajrs military Union for sterilization of all mafias,cannabils,terrorist units, wrongfully occupying nations, foreign military bases,NATO forces,some cults,private prisons,torture cells,human or animal or psychological research labs and many intelligence agencies (except 2-5) as well as bribers.Currency would be U3.ADU Ajrs Defense Unit would be consisting ADU personnel,Zaheer,Rayyan (Nuclear assets and weapon companies),Codes (Neutron bombs) Rumman, (LGBs),Rehan (Hydrogen bombs) Samee (time And other bombs) Ziauddin (prepared explosives) Zafeer (Salted bombs),Qalbz (Tanks) Bahar (Nuclear and other submarines) Rahmans (Religious military) Khaleel (Robots) and AMU

ASC

Ajrs supranational court for matters of similar level.Checking on Samaaz activities in different mega units too.It would be including ADU,police and Law firms.Laws would be designed by the constitution i.e the religious law of majority countries

ANU

Ajrs Nuclear Unit would be involving countries with Nuclear assets Rayyan, Special personnel,Adlz uranium department and Muhaimins nuclear energy departments.Policies would be reconsidered by the panel and special personnel.ADU,MS and Panel would be having ANUs members.There would be Rehans dept too (i.e Hydrogen bombs unit)

AFS

Ajrs Food system would be dealing with agriculture, irrigation systems and some major raw food items and their distributions plus the well being and healthcare of farmers and their families.Also there would be special focus on malnourishment types hence providing accordingly.AFS would be including shipments and other procedures as well.

Ajrs Departments

Noor Stations and Financial Core

Noor stations instead of banks or Interest free banking.

Central Noor Station/ Financial Core (CNS-FC)

Finances would be including Fees and payments eg Transaction fees,Registration + Monthly fees of each institution and reinvestment in the same department, Membership fees from each institution (some amount and then allocation to HODs respectively or the MS),Payments to ambassador/mediator, Initial Payments to Hospital+School+ Grocery+Hotels,Establishments and continuous vigilance.Also there would be 2.5% from developed countries in each bunch

Special consideration to Ghanis,Kareem/orphanages,Law and order,Medical,Food,Crystal zone,Atomic energy, Uranium and precious metals departments together with military and intelligence.

Initial setup of atleast screenic branches /holographic branches and physical branches would be by MS

Hirings and Joint ventures by MS or HODs

CNS

Central Noor Station would be the centre getting and giving all the revenues from/to different departments,MS and HODs.They would be in direct connection with the noor stations in different mega units.
Currency/Unit cards would be issued by CNS and MS.
Unit cards levels 1,2 and 4 would be issued by MS.All other levels including U3 would be by CNS

No loan policy or strictly interest free.

Budget

Budget would be decided by the core and IN,and granted to each HOD only.Special considerations to areas mentioned as parameters of developmental index .Currency published and circulated by each MS would be in direct control by these HODs and IN (including team and panel).

Minorities would be having same proportion everywhere,equal rights and even verbal harm would be punished.
