Any point where any resident/member is not comfortable,he can leave that point.Stipend is for very poor as well as for billionaires,accordingly.Same is for residence.Regarding travels,it would be lottery type case.Every point is either A (personal level),B (limited connectivity or same MU) or C (connected to whole world).Religious people could meet religious scholars from all over the world (Ajrs MUs) and so the sports fans (lottery or other systems)
*No tax,no geopolitical boundary/passport,no rent (only partnerships or ventures) and no loan policy by Ajr.
For public transport or other such activities Ajr would be paying directly to servers,residents would not pay them.
